This seminar will present the project Cultures of Anti-Racism in Latin America (CARLA) and two of its principal outputs: an online exhibition and an edited volume, Art and Anti-Racism in Latin America (CUP, 2026). Given the diversity of the project, Prof Peter Wade will then present his own take on some of the possibilities for anti-racism in artistic practice.
