Join us at UCL East for a masterclass with filmmaker Nicolás Pereda, on the occasion of his retrospective at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA). Pereda will discuss his filmmaking practice and approach to cinema. Pereda’s films explore everyday life through fractured, elliptical narratives that move between fiction and documentary. He frequently collaborates with the theatre collective Lagartijas tiradas al sol and actress Teresita Sánchez.
