This event is from the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction . For his inaugural lecture, Professor Armando Castro will address the question: who is the law for in the built environment? Drawing on his research in law and sustainable management, he will examine how sustainability commitments are adopted in practice and enforced in law, and what this means for individuals, companies and society. He will then focus on ESG disputes in the built environment and how those affected can seek redress.
