How do ordinary requests turn into power struggles? How can we hold clear boundaries while maintaining connection? And what helps when things have gone wrong? In this lively and interactive workshop, you’ll explore cooperation, conflict, encouragement, boundaries and repair. Drawing on research in psychology, child development and parenting, we’ll use relatable examples, engaging activities and practical discussion to examine why power struggles develop and how adults can respond in ways that support both connection and clear limits.
