Tuesday 10 November William Powell – The Mesolithic in Pembrokeshire William will begin by discussing his involvement with the UCL Preseli excavation at Carn Goedog and Waum Mawn, and the Dolerite rock. He will then trace Early Mesolithic movement and Early Neolithic mobility in Pembrokeshire from the evidence of lithic scatters and stray finds on riverine banks and coastal inlets, places determined by deep time geology and glacial retreats.
