Now we're asking them to see the whole person and work across boundaries never designed to be crossed. This session explores what a co-designed workforce charter for integrated public services could look like for on-the-ground practitioners, spanning statutory and voluntary sectors. We'll look at examples of where a shared picture of good practice has reignited staff agency and improved outcomes.
