The UNIDROIT Principles in a Comparative Perspective The QM–UNIDROIT Institute for Transnational Commercial Law (ITCL), co-directed by Professors Anna Veneziano and Rosa Lastra, presents the QM–UNIDROIT Lecture Series, coordinated by Dr Kamala Dawar. Running from mid-October 2025 to December 2026, the series shares the expertise of the Institute’s Advisory Board and highlights UNIDROIT’s essential role in harmonising transnational commercial law.
